Salvia began inside a working plant nursery, where everyday retail systems were often too expensive, too dependent on internet access, or too rigid for seasonal, specialist businesses.
We set out to build something more practical: fast checkout, reliable offline working, useful reporting, flexible stock options, customer type pricing, receipt printing, and no forced tie-in to a card payment provider.
Salvia is designed first for UK nurseries, garden centres and independent retailers, but the principles are simple: keep selling, keep control of your data, and use systems that fit the way your business actually works.
The product family includes Salvia Quick, Salvia Stock and Salvia Connect, allowing businesses to start simply and move towards fuller stock and integration options as they grow.
